At Mallfella, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.
Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
Not show any signs of use, damage, or alteration caused by the customer.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return or refund.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

Your order number.
Clear photos or videos of the product.
A brief description of the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Return Shipping

Unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

We recommend using a reliable courier service, as we are not responsible for returns lost during transit.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using an appropriate payment method, depending on the original payment option.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued through a bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
