Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message along with your shipment tracking details (where available).

Delivery Time

We deliver orders across Pakistan.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Major Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Any promotional free shipping offers will also be shown at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan.

Customers are requested to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and make the payment at the time of delivery.

The courier partner may vary depending on your delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information via email or SMS (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate before placing your order.

Mallfella is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable or unreachable, our courier partner may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos of the package and product
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
